As a professional athlete, I was able to learn from some of the best trainers within the “fitness world.” From Track and Field, Weight Lifting, Swimming, Boxing, Karate, and Cross fitness, I was blessed to have had the opportunity to train in many countries. Where there are different methods of training and many techniques that allowed me to grow as a professional. I use all of these techniques to help every person who walks into the gym to reach their goals. “Bring in normal people, and train them to be elite athletes.”
